New Zoom install and using IIS7

Hi out there,
Looking for help. When I try a search I get a dialog box asking if I want to save or open search.cgi?

I have setup CGI component in IIS 7 and a .cgi MIME type as application/octet-stream. I also read http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/support/faq_cgi.html with no luck.

Any suggestions on what's wrong?

If you get a download dialog, then it is a sure sign that the server is not executing the CGI script. Which means that IIS has not been configured correctly to support CGIs.
