It means whatever program you were running crashed becuase it accessed some memory (at address 0x0682000C) that it shouldn't have. The most common cause is a software bug. If it was our software that crashes, then it might be a known bug we have already fixed or something new.
But you didn't provide enough details for us to investigate. What O/S are you using? Does this happen all the time? What version of Zoom are you using? Was this crash during indexing or during searching with the CGI?
So can you retry with the latest build, V5.1.1016, and if that doesn't fix the problem we'll investigate the issue. In this case can you E-mail us your Zoom configuration file.
