Certain words displaying no. of results but not pages

The word "Open" forms part of our company name and so is on the bottom of every page.

It was useful to use this to find the total number of pages.

However, it now displays no results or pages..

When i search under a category it will say how many results are found but wont display any pages.

There are other common words that this happends to. I have removed all words from the skip list. Any ideas?

Are you using the PHP option on an Apache server? If yes this this Apache setting might be the problem.

If not can you post the URL to the search page so that we can see the problem.

PHP yes and Apache.


The website has recently been moved to a new server which co-incides with these problems. Therefore I believe it is to do with these settings as everything worked fine before. i will try your suggestion.
