License not working! Stuck as free edition

Hi, Do someone know why my software is still on free edition even after I've entered my info for professional version in the licence area?

Are you using Vista?

We have recently noted a problem on some Vista systems. You need to enter in the license key as the administrator. Strangly enough however we don't see this problem on our in house test systems, which run Vista, and it didn't happen at all 3 weeks ago. At first we suspected that some people might be running a specific anti-virus program causing a problem. But this was mostly discounted early this week. Now we are thinking it might have been due to a recent Vista update.

To fix the problem:
Right click on the Zoom desktop icon and select "Run as administrator", then enter in the license key under the help menu as normal.

If you could provide some information about your system it might help us get to the root of the problem.
