Problem when add new text. New text not in index

Hello everybody:
I using Zoom Search Engine V5, I added search engine to my web site and then upload it. All results were ok, but when I add new text to my web, not appear in results.
I mean: there was 4 pages to news, when I search for any news it is appear in results of search.
Now I added new page in news but when I using search to search on new text there are two problems:
1- The search on news in page1 (new news) not appear, the result was:
No results found.

2- I was renamed all pages of news:
New page save as New1.htm
New1.htm saves as New2.htm
New2.htm saves as New3.htm
New3.htm saves as New4.htm
But when I search on any old news I found it in result but in old link not in new link.

What is the problem?
I must do something like update to my web site or what?

You need to re-index your site and upload a new set of index files if you make changes to your site.

Also if you have making a lot of changes, turn off page caching in Zoom. This is on the "general" tab of the Zoom configuration window.
