  • Program Download - Setup Files are corrupted

    I just purchaced Zoom Enterprise edition and the file I downloaded will not install. I get an error message stating "Setup Files are corrupted. Please obtain new copy of the Program". I did install the free edition last week to check the program out. Can I use my liscence key for Enterprise with the free edition installed program? Or do I need to wait around for a new download link?

    There is only 1 download. It is the license key that determines what functionality is enabled from the various editions.

    So you can enter in your license key under the help menu of the version you already have installed.

    The files on our server are not corrupted. So there was a problem during the download, or on your PC. What O/S are you using?

    Try,
    • Downloading the file again with IE (I assume you are using IE).
    • Clean our your browser cache & download the file again, in case the corrupt file is cached now.
    • Download with Firefox rather than IE
    • The Zoom install package of version 5.1 build 1011 has a size of exactly 3,214,808 bytes, check the file size on your PC.
    • If you still have a problem. Check for malware and viruses on your PC
