I have just recently re-indexed my site and for some reason several new pages are not showing up in the search results. I have double checked the files on the server and the pages are listed in the "zoom_pagedata.zdat" and also listed in the indexlog file. I have uploaded all of the .zdat files and the search.php/settings.php files but it still does not update with the new pages. Not sure what else to check.

What is the word you are searching for? What is the URL of your search function and the URL of the page that you expected to appear as one of the search results.
Maybe that word doesn't appear on that page? Maybe you are indexing an old cached copy of the page? Maybe the HTML on the page is invalid and can not be parse? Maybe your search function is using a old set of index files, not the new set you just generated? -
The word I'm searching for is "mankiewicz".

I re-uploaded all new pages of the search including all .zdat files and search/settings.php.
It was working fine before and was updating great. Now, it does not seem to be indexing the files correctly. I also grepped the "zoom_pagedata.zdat" file on the server and it displayed the URL details fine.Comment

I had a look at your site.
The word "mankiewicz" does NOT appear in your dictionary file.
http://www.shapefit.com/search/zoom_dictionary.zdat
And the URL 'fitness-models-sarah-mankiewicz.html' does NOT appear in the list of files indexed.
http://www.shapefit.com/search/zoom_pagedata.zdat
But if I index that single page from here, the word mankiewicz is being indexed. So the indexer is processing this page correctly (if it gets to index the page).
But this contradicts your comment about finding this URL using grep in the pagedata file.
So I can only assume you have multiple sets of index files and are looking at the wrong set of files on your server? Or that you didn't in fact upload the new set of files?Comment

My bad. Just realized I had 2 folders on the server for Zoom (search & zoom-search) and was uploading all of the files to the wrong folder
