Pre-sales query from a coding newby

Hi there,

I've been asked to add a search facility for an html/css site I developed a little while ago for a client. This is new to me, and I've been recommended to this application by a couple of colleagues.

Given that I know only html, how straightforward is it to create a search field on each page, together with a search results page which matches the style of the rest of the site? Does this application have a fairly simple set of instructions?

Yes, a little HTML and CSS knowledge is all that is required.
