  • License key issue

We bought zoom v4 after 1st june 2006.
    Received the license key. OK.
We upgrade January 2006 for v5. A this time, there was a discussion to know if it was free or not. Now we would like to upgrade to 5.1. We are unable to do this.
When we insert the license key in 5.0 it accepts the user name and the key. Then the following message is displayed: “An entry in the extension list (.jpg) is an unsupported file….”. And then the software stay as “free edition” and we cannot get out of this vicious circle.
When we insert the license key in 5.1 it doesn’t accept the key. That’s it
By now zoom doesn’t work any more.
And we are in the middle of a processus.. .
How to solve quickly this issue?

If you purchased Zoom V4 on or after, the 1st of June 2006, you are eligible for a free upgrade to V5.

You can get a free upgrade from here,
    http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/upgrade/upgrade-free.php
The license key issued for V5.0 will work in V5.1.

If the key you have doesn't work in V5.1, then it is probably not a valid key. In this case I think it is becuase you purchased the upgrade then asked us to refund the order, which we did.
