  • Search not working on new server

Hi All, hope you can help!

We've recently transferred our site to a new faster dedicated server and we are struggling to get the Zoom search to work. See:
    http://www.landlordzone.co.uk/zoom/search.php

The new server is Linux Fedora (Red Hat) based and uses the CP+ control panel with phpMyAdmin for the SQL data bases.

My tech help are still not too familiar with the control, but tech help from the server people has still failed to find a solution.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Tom

From looking at your search result page I can see that the execution of the script seems to have terminated abruptly and the output was incompete.

    I think either,

    1) Your Apache server is not configured correctly and it set to kill scripts if they run too long. See this post for details and the solution.

    2) PHP is running out of RAM. See this FAQ article for a solution.
