Create More than one Collection

Hello, I have been very impress with your searching and indexing. Still doing a lot of testing of the different setups that we are looking at doing. I was wondering if you had a way to combine two different .zdat files from say spider search and offline search of just documents? Or if you could create two different collections yet on the search .asp file select different collections that it will work with. Thanks again Chris

You can't combine two existing sets of ZDAT files.

However you can,

1) Use incremental indexing to add files to an existing index.
2) Use the categories feature to select a subset of your index to search
3) Use MasterNode to combine search results from distributed search engines
