error with .ASP page - HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed

HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed is what I am getting when trying to search to the page. Will keep hunting around to see what can be fixed about it. Chris

Seems to be a configuration problem with the old Microsoft IIS 4 web server software.

Microsoft have details of the problem and a suggested solution here.

Thanks for the Quick response but have II6 and tried that fix just in case but did not seem to work. Going to do some more searching around to see if I can find any other ideas. Let me know if you have any more ideas also.

Was able to get the search working. Now need to do some testing to see the different performance options that I have.

Was the problem an IIS configuration problem in the end? I am only asking in case someone else has the same problem in the future.

Yes it was IIS config problem and how DNN was setup. I ended up putting it further into the DNN directory and it worked. Not sure why the .ASP page was not working in the main Root. Thanks again for the help.
