On my main site http://www.thebicyclesite.com/databases/search.php, a search for "pain" shows a list of article. The configuration is set to index internal links only.
On my test site http://www.thebicyclesite.com/databases/zoomsearch/articles/search.php the same search says there are 26 results, but none list.
The difference is, on the latter, the configuration is set to index internal AND external links.
