1000 Page Indexing Limit on Professional Edition?

I purchased the lisc. for a the 5.0 Professional Edition, while reviewing your Indexing limits it seems to be 200,000 or so, yet the software seems to only be indexing only up to 1000 pages.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but is this intended functionality of 5.0 professional edition?

Please advise what I can do to correct the issue and allow me to futher index my site.

ps. Very pleased with the Zoom Search Engine Softwares, incredibly easy to configure.

On the limits tab in the configuration window you can increase the limit above 1000 pages. But the higher the limits, the more RAM will be required during indexing.
