Wildcards - Pages Skip List

Hello,
if it possible to work with wildcards at the Pages Skip List Function?

Background:
We work with two languages at our Website!

index_deu.htm
index_eng.htm

So, we like to exclude all *_deu.html Files from indexing.

If we have there other Possibilities?

You don't need the wild card. Entering, _deu.html will exclude, index_deu.htm, abc__deu.html & xyz_deu.html
