  • cannot get search log

    I am on a linux server using cgi. I cannot get the logfile to work. The permissions have been set. The site I am testing on is www.cybereach.net.

    Any suggestions, I have been to the faq page, but it does not seem to help.

    It is fairly common for people to have problems with logging. People seem to be very confused with Unix path names and file permissions.

    If you still have a problem, we are going to need a lot more details about what O/S, web server, file names, directories, permissions & URLs you are using, plus any error messages that you see.

    I had a look at your site. There were no error messages for the logging function, which makes me think that you might not have turned on the logging option. You need to enable it in the Zoom configuration window and re-index your site to make sure the new configuration settings reach your server.
