Along with a number of bug fixes, we've also added a few minor new features, including:
Dublin Core meta tags support
You can now index DC.Title, DC.Subject, DC.Identifier meta tags by enabling the option from the "Indexing Options" tab of the Configuration window.
The Dublin Core Metadata Initiative provides simple standards to facilitate the finding, sharing and management of information. In particular it defines a standard set of meta data that can be used in HTML and other files. Zoom now supports the 3 key DC meta data fields above.
Console mode (Enterprise Edition only)
This new command-line parameter will run Zoom without a GUI, and output all log messages to stdout. With the use of pre-configured .ZCFG files, Zoom can be spawned as a process to index files on demand. See the updated Users Guide for more details.
