What! I am not willing to wait 12 to 24 hours. If I do not recieve the product within the hour, how do I cancel this order.

This order was processed and license keys sent out within a few minutes of the order being made. This probably occurred even before you made this post.

Some orders with dubious credit card details need a manual check which can take longer, especially over a week-end. But for 95% of orders this is not the case.

If you didn't get the E-Mail with the license key, please let us know, we can resend it.
