"family" of websites - indexing multiple sites

Not quite sure I understand the "Start Spider from this URL".
My website is actually a 'family' of sites, consisting of several URL
HandicappedPets.com
PetDiapers.com
DogKarts.com
PetSafetyBelts.com
... about 5 more.

I was hoping hat the 'base URL" feature would allow me to indes all of these sites together for a common search engine.

- Can this be done?
- Can you direct me to a description of the Base URL concept?

There is a good description of what the base URL is in the Users Guide. See section 2.1.6, titled "Base URL", page 21


If you want to create a set of index files that contains more than one web site, then you need to add additional start points in Zoom. This can be done using the "More" button in the main window.
