  • Problem with setup

    We have our SharePoint Services 2003 site tied to Active Directory and I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but I cannot get Zoom configured on our server to save my life. I keep getting "Could not download file: ... (401 HTTP Error)". I am in Spider mode and have the Spider URL ending in "/", which it states I don't. I have tried various settings and am getting nowhere. If someone can help me, I will be greatly appreciative. Thank you!

    At HTTP 401 error means that the web server is requesting user authentication. (e.g. a user name and password).

    If you are using HTTP authentication on your web site, then you can enter in the login details on the authentication tab of the Zoom configuration window.
