Search by date

I was trying to play around with this Search Engine for a testing first.
Not sure if i had miss out a step or so ,i'm indexing a bunch of HTML documents, am i able to let my users to search for the date of the HTML documents ?

If there is such a feature, where can i add the search date field into the search page.

You can't search for a date range, if that is what you are asking.

You can sort by date however. You can turn this option on from the Search Page tab in the Zoom configuration window.
