Index FTP site and web site both

Hi all,
I have a web site with some files for downloading on an external ftp site (not in a subfolder of the www).Practically, the web is on a disk and the ftp on another. How could I do for building the index?

Zoom doesn't index files via FTP. But you might be able to use offline mode if you have a local copy of the all the files.

I suppose I have to put the index files in different directories and to active the categories ?

You haven't really described what you are trying to achieve as a final result, so I can't really comment if you need to use the categories feature in Zoom or not.
