Does Re-indexing overwrite my search template?

I installed my first instance of Zoom Professional today. Very nice. And very easy to install. It is at http://www.pfrpc.com

I have a search results page that is inside one of my pages, and I like the way it looks and works.

When I re-index the site, will Zoom overwrite my results page?

No, the template file is only (re)created if it doesn't exist in the output directory selected.
