Can you tell me what the File I/O option in the status log is for? Also is highest multiple thread indexing safe under "general," "multiple threads"?
Thank you!

The maximum number of threads is 10. How "safe" this is depends on how much load your server can take and how fast your Internet connection is. In general there is not much advantage in going above 3 or 4 threads. The biggest speed improvement is going from 1 to 2 threads.
