Did you install the "Complete plugins installer package for V6" available for download via the green button at the top of this page?

Or did you download and install the individual plugins?

The installer package helps to make sure you install it in the right place. This is recommended.

Also check if you are using V6 of Zoom (click "Help"->"About"), particularly important if you have both an older version and the current version installed.

The installer package should've installed the files in the locations specified here:
http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/plugins.html#install

So you can go there to check if this is correct.

If you still have trouble, elaborate on the details we asked about above, and tell us which version of Windows you are using and what you see in those folders after installing the plugin package.

I own the professional version of Zoom Search and have downloaded and installed the file types plugin, but when I open Zoom it does not see any of the file types except htm and html. I have tried restarting but get the same result. Any suggestions?
