Search highlighting with PPT saved as html

I know that the 'Jump to match and hightlight' does not work with .ppt files but I was wondering if this functionality works with PPTs saved as webpages...

My website contains .pps and .ppsx files, as well as .ppt and .pptx files. The latter are indexed but not the .pps and .ppsx files. I have version 6.0...
