Using SSI's in files other than SHTML and SHTM

By default FlyingAnt will only parse SSI's in SHTML or SHTM files. To parse the commands in other documents an extra option must be added the the flyingant.conf file.

For instance, to add parsing of html and htm files in addition to shtml and shtm add this line.

ssi_extensions shtml,shtm,html,htm
